Amstel NEXT has a BREEAM-NL ‘Excellent’ certificate. It meets the highest sustainability standards and is also a healthy building. Exceptional ventilation system

Good ventilation is essential for a healthy indoor climate. Amstel NEXT is equipped with an exceptional virus-resistant ventilation system where the air enters from the floor. Ceiling ventilation is designed to mix the air and everything floating around in it, whereas air supply from the floor makes us of the natural airflow around people and ensures that stale air is kept away from the breathing zone.

Delivery level

The office space will be delivered in a shell and core condition. The related technical delivery level includes amongst others:

• Representative entrance and lift lobbies;
• Net floor height of 2.7 meters;
• Gentlemen and ladies’ sanitary facilities per floor.
