The architectural design of Amstel NEXT combines functionality with aesthetics. The 10-storey building facilitates approx. 9,800 sq. m LFA office space with rental opportunities from 2,000 sq. m. The well-thought-out, flexible floor plan allows for both single and multi-tenant use.

Crozzroads has developed an interactive 3D tool for a variety of property developments in Amsterdam Zuidoost, offering a representation of Amstel III, Hondsrugpark, and Amstel NEXT. This tool gives future users a lifelike glimpse of the buildings and their surroundings. The 3D tool focuses on availability as well as unique features, showing their complexity at a glance. Floors can be enlarged to see the various functionalities and routing in more detail.
